Alex has amazed herself and her proud trainer by losing 10kg's in 10 weeks. Alex wanted to be lean enough and fit enough to run her first half marathon. She did this in 2014 with Manal by her side for every step! She now continues to tick off her exercise checklist. Determination, exercise & diet have been key to Alex's success!!
Sarah had a goal. At 6 weeks into training & she had lost 6 kilos. Down the track and Sarah is now closer to her goal weight. Great consistent effort with a positive attitude
Jayne had a goal with a deadline - her wedding. After a lot of hard work and dedication to exercise and diet, Jayne lost a total of 22kg's in 6 months and was a radiant bride! Well done Jayne - looking fabulous!
Hansen has lost over 20kg's of body fat in 12 months and is working towards muscular definition and strength for endurance with his running goals. With his weight loss Hansen's self confidence has grown and he looks years younger!!
